Apple unveils iOS 8 at WWDC 2014
Apple has revealed the new iOS 8
and Yosemite (new Mac OS) for Mac Books. The iOS 8 takes the iOS 7 experiences
a little further. It comes loaded with new features, an intelligent keyboard
and many more.
Photo management just got better.
On the iOS 8 the photo app are linked with the iCloud Photo library. All the
photos and videos will be saved on the iCloud too, you will be able to access
them anything, anyplace. You can access the photos using iPhone, iPod, iPad or
via the web.
iOS 8 might actually change the
messaging ways. The messages app will be able to capture sound or your voice
with a simple tap. Tap to talk and then swipe to send and to hear the message
just tap the play button. You can share videos and your location. Group
messages are also supported.
The are some new features on the
Apple iOS 8, like the interactive notifications that will keep you notified on
any application that you might be currently using, there is no need to leave
the app. You can read and even reply without leaving the currently application.
Mail app has also been improved,
you can easily switch between draft email, what’s more the Mail app is smart
enough to recognize the phone number, reservation, flight confirmations etc and
it will notify accordingly. You can also had events saved in your calendar
directly from the mail.
The keyboard got smarter it can
predict what you will be saying (typing) next. There is a new health
application that keeps track of your physical activities. You can also create
an emergency card that will be easily accessible from the lock screen.
Apple has given more emphasis on
continuity (handsoff); this is, basically being able to continue working on
other Apple devices. For example if you were composing an email on the iPhone
and you move on to the iPad or the Mac you will be able to continue from where
you left. You can now receive calls from your iPad or the Mac.

you find what you are looking for, developer tools and much more.
