THIS TUTORIAL SHOWS HOW TO BLOCK UNWANTED CALLS, MESSAGES AND FACETIME ON IOS 9 – IPHONE

Have you got frustrated with prank calls, advertising calls, wrong number calls etc. then this tutorial is the solution for all of your unwanted calls, messages and FaceTime. Upon following this tutorial you can decide which calls, messages or FaceTime to be blocked and which you want to be unblocked. There are two methods to block unwanted Calls, Messages and FaceTime on iPhone running iOS 9 and we will guide with both of them in this tutorial.

Method 1:

HOW TO BLOCK UNWANTED CALLS, MESSAGES AND FACETIME IN IOS 9 ON IPHONE:

If you are receiving constant annoying calls from the same number then you can easily block it using this method and below are the steps on how to do it.

Step 1: Open the Phone app and go to Recent Calls section.

Step 2: Locate the number which you want to block and tap on (i) next to that number.

Step 3: Scroll down and locate Block this Caller and tap on it.

Step 4: Now a confirmation box appears, just tap on Block Contact.

That’s it now the contact is blocked and you will not receive any calls, messages or FaceTime Call from that number.

Just in case if you had changed your mind then here are the steps on how to unblock Calls, Messages and FaceTime on iPhone running iOS 9.

Step 1: Tap on (i) next to the number which you want to unblock.

Step 2: Scroll down and choose Unblock this Caller.

Now the contact will be unblocked instantly.

Method 2:

HOW TO BLOCK CALLS, MESSAGES AND FACETIME CALL ON IPHONE RUNNING IOS 9:

Step 1: Open the Settings app and then choose Phone.

Step 2: Locate and tap on Blocked.

Step 3: Tap on Add New.

Step 4: Now from the list of contacts choose the one which you want to block.

That’s it now you will not hear from that contact anymore.

If you want to unblock the contact which you have blocked, then follow the below steps.

Step 1: Open the Settings app and tap on Phone.

Step 2: Tap on Blocked.

Step 3: Now you will see list of contacts which you have blocked.

Step 4: Tap on Edit at the top right corner.

Step 5: Tap on red circle with ‘–‘ sign inside it and an option to Unblock the contact appears.
