Download Marshmallow Gapps 

Pre-Requirements:
Make sure you have a custom recovery (TWRP/CWM) Install On your Device.If you don’t have TWRP recovery On your phone then follow this guide to install TWRP–>>How to Install TWRP Recovery via Fastboot On Any Android Device
Now from TWRP Recovery Take a full backup of your current ROM and files.

DOWNLOAD & INSTALL CM 13 ROM ON GALAXY NOTE 3
First download both CM13 ROM Zip file and Gapps Zip file and transfer them to your internal memory of your Galaxy Note 3 via micro USB.
Now Enter Into recovery mode on Your Galaxy S5 (Press and hold Volume up + Home + Power button together and release them only when you see Samsung’s logo)
