The ROM Toolbox is a definite must have application for root user, and it takes away much of the need to follow guides that I like to write every day. Knowing that, you would think that I might not like the guy, but that is not true at all. Okay, so there is a little animosity there, but underneath it all is an app that is so good that I wouldn’t want to keep it hidden from you. The ROM Toolbox app is genuinely your one stop shop for everything you will ever need to flash a new ROM on your device.

REQUIREMENTS
The following guide has been written with the Samsung Galaxy S6 with SM-G920S model numbers in mind and should only be followed for that model number. The rooting tool we are using is the CF-Auto-Root package and it is usually made for each model number of a device in the Samsung range. The developer of this rooting tool also says that your device will most likely be bricked if you flash this file on any other model number.

BEFORE WE BEGIN
Unlock the hidden Developer Options menu on your Samsung Galaxy S6 smartphone so you can get to the USB Debugging Mode during the next step. You can unlock it by tapping on the Settings application > About Device and then repeatedly tap over where it shows you the build number until it says you are now using the S6 smartphone as a developer.
Now that you have enabled the Developer Options menu, you need to enter the same by tapping on the Settings app again, followed by the Developer Options menu. Once done, scroll down and then check the box for the USB Debugging Mode. Now leave the Developer Options menu and it will remember your preferences automatically.
Download the Samsung USB Drivers to the computer and install them before you start with the guide or else your device will not be detected by the flashing tool and nothing will work.
