OnePlus 3 was launched recently via Amazon for Rs. 47,999 (US$ 400 approx.) and it already got TWRP Recovery and rooting procedure soon after its launch. If you followed those tutorials and achieved root access and now wanted to unroot it for a reason then this tutorial might help you. In this tutorial we have listed steps on how to Unroot OnePlus 3 and go back to Stock Oxygen OS.
This guide is only for OnePlus 3 users and should be followed for other devices. The steps listed below can brick the device if haven’t followed properly. We are not responsible for any damage or harm to your OnePlus 3 and proceed with the below steps at your own risk.
Pre-Installation Instructions
Backup OnePlus 3 – SMS, Contacts, Call Logs etc.
Enable USB Debugging from Developer Options.
Battery must be above 75%.

HOW TO UNROOT ONEPLUS 3 AND FLASH STOCK OXYGEN OS
Step 1: Open SuperSU app and from Settings un-check Enable Superuser option.
Step 2: Reboot OnePlus 3.
Step 3: OnePlus 3 is now unrooted and it’s the time to flash the Oxygen OS to revert the device back to Stock.
Step 4: Download and copy the Oxygen OS ROM package to root of the device’s internal storage.
Step 5: Boot OnePlus 3 into TWRP Recovery by Power it off and pressing and holding Volume Down and power buttons together.
Step 6: Once the OnePlus 3 is booted into TWRP Recovery, tap on Wipe and Swipe to Factory Reset.
Step 7: Tap on Install and choose the Oxygen OS ROM Package which you have copied earlier.
Step 8: After the installation tap on Wipe cache/dalvik.
Step 9: Finally tap on Reboot System.
Note: First boot after the installation might take some time. So please be patience and wait for the device to boot up successfully.
