How to Install MIUI 8.1.10.0 Stable ROM on Redmi Note 4 –
First of all download everything From above and Extract in a Folder
Then install mi flash on Tool onPC, Window PC only,
Now extract global stable Rom{which is Downloaded From Above}
Now enable Device Debugging and Connect into pc via xiaomi Deep Flash cable Make Sure phone is not in Charging mod,
Now Go to open adb folder, open cmd here, and type this command- adb reboot bootloader
Note- if Device bootable into bootloader use above fastboot to edl tool to boot your Device into edl
if Your Device hard bricked, Follow Above hard brick Guide via Deep Flash mod,
Now Run mi flash tool
Locate global stable rom extracted Folder
and then click on Refresh a new port is appear and 9008 mode is now Enabled For Flashing
So click on flash and wait some time while flashing is complete

after Completed your Phone switched on Automatically IF not then Disconnect Usb and Power on manually
