Preparation Before Begin
1. This ROM is work on Moto Z Play. Don’t try this on any other device
2. Before do all thing , developer Option menu must be unlocked and USB Debugging mode enabled from developer option.
3. Before you doing these steps , you have to unblock your bootloader your device.
4. You have to back up your android phone, before doing this. It will erase your all data, contacts, and apps
5. Your device must have 60% battery before do all these thing.

7. Download USB driver for Your Device.

How to Install Android 7.1.1 Nougat Update for Moto Z Play –
1) Enable USB debugging option from setting>developer option>. To enable Developer Options, go to About phone and tap the Build Number 7 times.

2) Download ADB and fastboot driver for windows or ADB and Fastboot for Mac and install it on your PC.

3) Download the NPN26.1-22 OTA zip from above Copy ROM to a folder where adb installed.

4) Now Turn Off your phone and boot into recovery mode.

5) Choose Apply update from ADB

6) Now Connect your phone to Laptop/PC

7) On Marshmallow ROM folder press shift+right click and click on open command here.

8) Now check your connection by typing the below command

adb devices

if your device is listed, you’re ready to flash the ROM

9) Flash the Nougat OTA Zip on Moto Z Play by typing below command

adb sideload File Name.zip

10) Now wait until the process complete and then Reboot the phone.

11) Done!
